Our classes and content are designed for expecting and new mothers. By registering, you confirm that you are either pregnant or a postpartum mother, or that you are registering on behalf of someone who is.

Pregnancy 101 offers wellness-based programs like prenatal yoga, Garbh Sanskar, meditation, and postnatal care.
We do not provide medical advice.
Our content is not a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor before starting any physical activity or health program, especially during pregnancy.
3. Class access and usage
Access to online classes and recordings is granted only to the registered individual.
Sharing login credentials or content with others is strictly prohibited.
Recordings may be available for a limited time as per your plan.
We reserve the right to change class times or instructors if needed.
4. Payments and refunds
All fees must be paid in full before classes begin.
Once enrolled, fees are non-refundable unless a cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the start of the first session.
In case of medical complications (with proof), we may offer credit toward future sessions at our discretion.
5. Rescheduling and missed sessions
Missed sessions will not be refunded.
In select cases, we may allow class rescheduling or access to recorded sessions, if available.
6. Code of conduct
We expect all participants to be respectful during live classes, group sessions, and interactions with instructors.
Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program without a refund.
7. Intellectual property
All content on our website and in our programs — including videos, guides, and course material — is the property of Pregnancy 101.
You may not reproduce, share, or distribute this content without written permission.
8. Privacy and data
We value your privacy. Your personal information will be used only for communication related to our programs and services.
