Her role is to prepare for an optimistic and confident birth by building the critical blocks through evidence based information and deep knowledge about childbirth. She empowers the couples by providing add on information about how to deal with the labor through acupressure, massage, and positions which will assist the birth and help speed up the labor. She wants all her students to feel confident in their decision(s) through different stages and phases of pregnancy. Her job is to help new parents to navigate with the goal of nourishment by creating a prepartum, and postpartum care plan, and implementing practices for the care of self, baby, and the family.
