At 40 weeks, mild contractions turned intense by midnight, leading to a normal delivery by morning. P101 classes built confidence, easing this beautiful journey. Grateful to Tushita and Neha!

I went for a routine check-up on the first day of my 40th week. The doctor did vaginal check-up and informed that I was already 2 cms dilated even though I didn't feel any pain yet. After checkup I was asked to go back home.
Once I came back, I started feeling the contractions in the evening after bloody show (Some bleeding, mostly because of the internal Checkup). They were very mild and nothing compared to labor pain (Pain perception I had expected) and hence I was just chilling.
Once I tried sleeping at around 1 am, the contractions increased and at 2 am So went to go to the hospital. There I was informed that I was only 3 cms dilated. Then came the real contractions.1 minute contractions, 1.5 minutes apart but I was not dilating enough. This went on for 5 hours and finally at 9.40 we welcomed our angel
The entire journey was very pleasant and so beautiful that I can't thank P101 classes enough for that. My normal delivery couldn’t be possible without them.. I can vouch that this class is the best thing that mothers can and should do. Thank you so much Tushita and Neha to make us so confident and informed about everything that the entire journey has been a breeze.
